Terms and Conditions
You can order products displayed on this website by using the online shopping basket and completing the order form. If you have placed your order online, we will send you an automatically generated email to confirm that we have received your order, delivery options, total cost, payment method, and list items and quantities ordered. You are not debited for the order until we are ready to ship all the goods ordered. If you purchase online using a credit or debit card we will attempt to notify you by email when the goods are ready to be dispatched and we have debited your card.
Our prices are shown on our website in British pounds. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate, if the correct price for an item differs from the price on the web-site, or on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can and you may cancel your order.
If we are unable to supply a particular item that you've ordered in good time we will notify you as soon as we can and you may cancel the order.
While you will normally be shown the total of the delivery costs online before you submit your credit card details, if you are purchasing a heavy weight of goods or a high value of goods, we will contact you as soon as possible via email with the accurate (and normally cheaper) delivery pricing details. You will be notified of this online, and if you are not entirely happy with the revised delivery cost, you may cancel your order. We can deliver goods worldwide, and will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
You may also telephone us, fax, or post an order to us using a completed copy of the order form. You may also pay by cheque or postal order if you wish by sending a completed copy of the order form to our offices. Make cheques payable to Blade Rubber Ltd.

Our Returns Policy
At Teacher Stamps we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
If the items returned are not defective you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example giftwrapping.
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box. Then send the package to the address below:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
